1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Stock Price Analytics website, any related pages, newsletters, downloads, reports, emails, products, or services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.
2. Who We Are
Stock Price Analytics is an independent financial education and market analysis business operated from British Columbia, Canada. References in these Terms to “Stock Price Analytics,” “the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the owner and operator of the website and related services.
3. Educational and Informational Use Only
The Site provides general educational and informational content related to markets, trading, investing, technical analysis, volatility analysis, market commentary, charts, and financial publishing.
Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument. All content is general in nature and is not tailored to your financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.
4. No Professional Relationship
Your use of the Site does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, broker-client, portfolio management, consulting, or other professional relationship with Stock Price Analytics. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek advice from qualified licensed professionals before making financial, investment, legal, tax, or business decisions.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all invested capital. Certain products and strategies, including leveraged and derivative products, may involve losses greater than the amount initially invested.
Past performance, historical data, technical levels, market commentary, case studies, hypothetical examples, sample trades, backtests, and statistical observations do not guarantee future results.
6. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for personal, lawful, non-commercial informational purposes only, unless Stock Price Analytics provides written permission for another use.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, availability, or performance.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any restricted area, account, server, or connected system.

7. Intellectual Property

Except as expressly permitted in writing, no part of the Site may be copied, modified, republished, transmitted, distributed, displayed, reverse engineered, or used to create derivative works.
8. User Submissions and Communications
If you submit messages, comments, feedback, emails, suggestions, testimonials, or other materials to Stock Price Analytics, you confirm that your submission does not violate any law or third-party right.
By sending submissions voluntarily, you grant Stock Price Analytics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, and publish those submissions for business, editorial, marketing, support, or operational purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stock Price Analytics may remove, decline, or ignore any submission at its sole discretion.
9. Free Content and Subscription Content
The Site may make some content available at no charge (“Free Content”) and may make other content available only through a paid subscription, membership, or similar paid access arrangement (“Subscription Content”). Subscription Content may include, without limitation, digital downloads, reports, templates, research notes, educational materials, newsletters, archives, premium commentary, model documents, and other paid resources.
10. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Renewal
Where Subscription Content is offered, the applicable subscription fees, billing interval, included content, and plan features will be described on the Site or at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stock Price Analytics or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed amounts using your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions will renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing the pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions before purchasing.
Stock Price Analytics may change subscription pricing, plan structure, features, or access levels prospectively by posting updated terms or pricing on the Site or by providing notice before the change takes effect.
11. Cancellation and Access Expiry
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account, billing, or cancellation method then made available by Stock Price Analytics or its payment processor. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period once access has been granted.
Upon cancellation or non-payment, access to future Subscription Content may end immediately or at the end of the current paid billing period, depending on the subscription structure described at the time of purchase. However, unless otherwise stated for a specific product or plan, subscribers may retain and continue to use copies of Subscription Content that were properly downloaded during an active paid subscription, subject to the license granted under these Terms. Cancellation ends access to new Subscription Content, future updates, replacements, support, archives that require active access, and future editions unless expressly included in the subscription plan.
12. Licence for Subscription Downloads
Any download made available as Subscription Content is licensed to the subscriber on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the subscriber’s own personal or internal business use only, unless a broader licence is expressly granted in writing.
You may not:
- Share login credentials or downloaded Subscription Content with any other person.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, post publicly, upload to shared drives, or republish Subscription Content.
- Include Subscription Content in products, memberships, prompts, datasets, training materials, or commercial offerings for third parties.
- Remove copyright, branding, watermark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
- Claim Subscription Content as your own work or allow unauthorized access after your subscription ends.
Retention of previously downloaded Subscription Content after cancellation does not transfer ownership of that content and does not expand the original licence. The subscriber may keep and use those files only within the scope of the licence granted while the subscription was active.
13. Refunds and Digital Access
Given that Subscription Content and digital downloads may be delivered or become accessible immediately after purchase, all subscription payments and digital-content fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a specific posted refund policy states otherwise.
If Stock Price Analytics offers a free trial, promotional period, or introductory price, the applicable conditions for that offer will be stated at the time of signup.
14. No Guarantee of Availability
Stock Price Analytics may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Site, product, feature, email list, or service at any time without notice.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Stock Price Analytics does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Site will always be secure, available, or compatible with your device, browser, software, or workflow.
15. Accuracy of Information
While reasonable efforts may be made to present useful and timely content, Stock Price Analytics does not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or free from error.
Markets, opinions, data, tools, and interpretations change over time. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, tools, software, data providers, payment processors, newsletters, brokers, media platforms, or other services.
Those third parties operate independently. Stock Price Analytics is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, pricing, policies, security, or performance, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
17. Affiliate and Commercial Disclosure
Some pages may contain affiliate links, sponsored mentions, reviews, referrals, or other commercial relationships. These may generate revenue for Stock Price Analytics.
Any such relationship does not change the educational nature of the Site and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of a third-party product or service.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all related content, products, and services are provided without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, availability, non-infringement, or results.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stock Price Analytics and its owner, affiliates, contractors, licensors, contributors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other losses or damages arising from or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site.
- Reliance on any content, analysis, chart, report, download, or communication.
- Trading or investment losses.
- Business interruption, lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.
- Errors, omissions, downtime, delays, interruptions, malware, or unauthorized access.
- Third-party acts, services, links, platforms, or payment systems.
If a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations of liability, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Price Analytics and its owner, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and any other posted policies or legal notices. Where a Privacy Policy applies, it should be read together with these Terms.
22. Termination and Restriction of Access
Stock Price Analytics may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms.
The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law provisions.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Changes to These Terms
Stock Price Analytics may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms of Service.
