Refund, Cancellation & Access Policy
Stock Price Analytics Refund, Cancellation & Access Policy
Last Updated: 21 July 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund, Cancellation, and Access Policy governs the purchase of digital products, downloadable resources, subscription plans, recurring access services, and related offerings made available by Stock Price Analytics through its website.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, product descriptions, checkout disclosures, and any order-specific terms presented at the time of purchase.
2. Scope
This Refund, Cancellation, and Access Policy applies to digital content, downloadable materials, subscription-based access, recurring billing plans, membership-style access, newsletters sold on a paid basis, research content, educational materials, and other non-tangible products or services offered through the Stock Price Analytics website.
3. Digital Products and General Refund Position
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the point of sale, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, subscription content, and access rights are final.
Because digital products and digital access may be delivered immediately, copied, downloaded, viewed, or otherwise consumed upon purchase or activation, Stock Price Analytics does not generally offer refunds for:
- Downloadable files.
- Digital reports or educational content.
- Subscription fees already charged.
- Partially used billing periods.
- Failure to use a subscription.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, trading outcomes, expectations, or market results.
4. Exceptions and Discretionary Review
Notwithstanding the general no-refund position, Stock Price Analytics may, in its sole discretion, consider a refund, credit, replacement, or other remedy in limited circumstances such as:
- Duplicate billing caused by a verified technical error.
- Material access failure not resolved within a reasonable time after notice.
- Proven non-delivery of purchased content where the issue is attributable to Stock Price Analytics and cannot reasonably be cured.
- A billing error resulting in an incorrect charge.
- Any other circumstance where applicable law requires a remedy.
Any discretionary resolution does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in future cases.
5. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis, including monthly, quarterly, annual, or other billing cycles as stated at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges using the selected payment method in accordance with the subscription terms disclosed at checkout, including the applicable price, billing frequency, and renewal structure.
6. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled in accordance with this Policy or the applicable subscription terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing subscription details before purchase and for cancelling before the next renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for a subsequent billing period.
7. Cancellation by the Customer
A customer may cancel a subscription at any time through the account area, through another online cancellation method made available on the website, or by using the contact method designated by Stock Price Analytics, subject to any verification or account-security requirements.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of sale:
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges already processed.
- Cancellation does not ordinarily terminate access immediately for the current paid billing period.
- Access generally continues until the end of the then-current paid term, unless access is terminated earlier for breach, abuse, fraud, chargeback, or other lawful reason.
8. Retention of Previously Downloaded Files
Subject to the Terms of Service, licence restrictions, and any product-specific terms, files properly downloaded by a customer during an active paid subscription may generally be retained by that customer after cancellation.
However, cancellation or expiration of a subscription ends entitlement to future subscription content, future downloads, updates, replacements, revised editions, new releases, subscriber-only areas, premium tools, and any other benefits that require an active subscription.
Retention of previously downloaded files does not grant any right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, reproduce beyond permitted use, or otherwise exploit content outside the licence granted by Stock Price Analytics.
9. Access to Subscriber-Only Content
Access to subscriber-only content may depend on a valid subscription, an active account status, successful payment processing, website availability, and compliance with the Terms of Service.
Stock Price Analytics reserves the right to modify, replace, retire, reorganize, or update content, product libraries, delivery methods, access pathways, file structures, subscriber dashboards, and content categories without creating a refund obligation, provided that applicable law is respected and the core subscription service is not materially misrepresented.
10. Failed Payments and Payment Issues
If a recurring payment fails, Stock Price Analytics may retry the charge, suspend access, limit features, or cancel the subscription, depending on the circumstances and platform settings.
Access may be restored once payment is successfully completed, provided the subscription remains eligible for reinstatement.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Stock Price Analytics may suspend or terminate access to subscription content, downloads, accounts, or related services while the matter is under review.
Stock Price Analytics reserves the right to contest improper chargebacks and to provide relevant transaction, access, and acceptance records to the payment processor or dispute-resolution body.
12. Promotional Pricing, Trials, and Special Offers
Any promotional pricing, discounted term, introductory period, bonus content, trial access, or special offer is governed by the terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
If a free trial, discounted trial, or introductory billing period is offered, the customer is responsible for cancelling before the end of the trial or promotional period if they do not wish to continue into a paid subscription, unless applicable law or the stated offer terms provide otherwise.
13. EU, UK, and Similar Consumer Cancellation Rights
Where applicable law grants consumers a statutory right to cancel certain digital content or distance contracts, those rights will be respected to the extent required by law.
Where digital content or subscription access is supplied before the end of any applicable cooling-off period, the customer may be asked at checkout to provide express consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once digital content delivery or access begins, any applicable cancellation right may be reduced, waived, or lost to the extent permitted by law.
14. No Guarantee of Trading Outcomes
No refund, cancellation, or access request will be granted on the basis that trading results, investment outcomes, market performance, or personal expectations were not achieved.
All content is provided subject to the website Disclaimer and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
15. Requests and Contact Procedure
Requests relating to billing errors, access issues, duplicate charges, cancellation questions, or potential refund review should be submitted through the contact information published on the Stock Price Analytics website, together with sufficient information to identify the transaction and account.
Stock Price Analytics may require reasonable verification before acting on any request.
16. Refund, Cancellation, and Access Policy Changes
Stock Price Analytics may modify this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the website. The version in effect at the time of purchase or renewal will generally govern that transaction, except where a revised policy is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.
